Neil Kane
President & Co-Founder

A leading authority on technology commercialization, entrepreneurship and innovation, Kane is the Director of Curriculum and Capstone Advising in the ESTEEM Program at the University of Notre Dame. He is the former co-Executive Director of the Illinois Technology Enterprise Center at Argonne National Laboratory and was Innovation Executive in Residence at the Research Park at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) and Director of Undergraduate Entrepreneurship at Michigan State University. Appointed by US Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo, he serves on the National Advisory Council on Innovation & Entrepreneurship (NACIE). 

Hongjun Zeng

Dr. Hongjun Zeng is an expert in advanced manufacturing, leveraging his profound understanding of material properties and innovative manufacturing techniques to achieve unparalleled product performance. With 60 peer-reviewed publications and 13 patents (including 10 granted), his contributions include movable masking lithography, droplet actuators, nanochannel fabrication, nanodiamond composites, and diamond nanofeather. Dr. Zeng was selected by the Chain Reaction Innovations Program sponsored by the Department of Energy/Argonne National Laboratory, to develop structural and functional materials/components for aerospace, clean energy, and automobile industry. He is a winner of the R&D 100 Award.

Jordan Weininger
Director of Technology

Jordan is an expert on various aspects of composites technology. He is the founder of East Bench Composites and previously worked in the Advanced Composites Office (ACO) for the US Air Force. 

Sorel Rothschild

Sorel is an experienced R&D and operations manager with a long track record in the process industry, medical devices and cleantech including positions at startups as well as mature companies such as Teva and Sigma Aldrich.

Harry is the president of Quantum Innovations Ltd (QI). QI is the founding investor in Adaxius, and he has over 45 years of experience in building global businesses. He is a member of the Israeli Innovation Authority Investment Committee and an accomplished international scholar in the field of innovation economics and finance.  

Dr. Anagi Balachandra

Dr. Anagi Balachandra is a dynamic senior research development and innovation leader with nearly two decades of experience driving vision, strategy, and execution in complex scientific programs. She has a track record of transforming cutting-edge chemistry concepts into breakthrough technologies across the fields of advanced engineered materials, polymers, composites, functional coatings, and nanotechnology. Throughout her career, Anagi has demonstrated exceptional leadership in technology management, spearheading the development of technology roadmaps and securing intellectual property positions. Anagi is the inventor of seven granted patents and co-authored over 70 peer-reviewed publications. 

Beyond her professional achievements, Anagi is passionate about humanitarian activities. She is the Corporate Secretarial Executive of Chemists Without Borders, an organization dedicated to making a positive impact through the applications of chemistry.
